Our Story
The Kīnā'ole Family of Companies is wholly owned by the Kīnā'ole Foundation — a 501(c)(3) Native Hawaiian Organization. Federal contracting income flows back to the people of Hawai'i through our giveback programs.
The Meaning of Kīnā'ole
“Doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, in the right place, to the right person, for the right reason, with sincerity — the first time.
This, is Kīnā'ole.
Our Mission
Inspire people to serve their clients, communities, and each other with a spirit of Aloha and Ohana. Simultaneously, serve and inspire Hawaiian citizens to foster cultural preservation and improve the quality of life for future generations.

How It All Connects
The Kīnā'ole family of companies are wholly owned by the Kīnā'ole Foundation, a 501(c)(3) and SBA-certified Native Hawaiian Organization. The Foundation exists to amplify the lives of the Native Hawaiian people and other Polynesian and underserved communities. The family of companies serves the foundation's mission by delivering economic sustainability through the distribution of annual income deployed to maintain and enrich the cultural identity and long-term economic sustainability of native Hawaiian communities.
